[Geo4All] Pacific GIS/RS Conference 2017

Greetings Colleagues,

It's a pity that the Pacific Islands GIS/RS Conference is now a
predominantly owned SPC initiative.

Maybe they should rename it to SPC GIS/RS Conference because they
won't allow GeoForAll a presentation slot even-though we've already
registered for it.

Anyway, let by-gones-be-by-gones. I am totally grateful for this
eye-opener so we can start logistics on mobilizing a Pacific FOSS4G
event for all Pacific Islanders and NOT just the SPC Elite:)
