[Geo4All] Pacific GIS/RS Conference 2017

Hi Ed,

I think creating a FOSS4G-Pacfic Islands event is a wonderful idea. 
Indeed the Pacific Islands chapter of OSGeo has been so active and with 
a lot of history back to 2012.  Please add me to these discussions, I 
would like to help create this first FOSS4G event with your vibrant 
local community.  (I am also a member of your chapter mailing list now) 
Can I suggest that a first step be to purchase a domain name for the 
event?  Something like: http://foss4g.com/fj
