Hi Tanya, please add this topic ("should we move to Discourse?") for our 
next PSC meeting.  See below for some steps regarding the move for the 
pgRouting project (I joined it there on Discourse, seems pretty 
painless, and you can still just send normal emails as before).

I'm on the fence whether we all (GeoMoose, MapServer, etc) should do 
this or not.  Maybe another PSC member feels strongly about this to push 
for it.

We decided it would be better for everyone still interested in being on this
mailing list to log in or register on their own to discourse.osgeo.org.

If you have an OSGeo account already, it is preferable to use with LDAP. 
You can also log in with your Github account if you have one as detailed in
