Matt,
Based on what's delivered to my browser (and what isn't) when accessing
your site, it looks like the mapbook.xml is not being read (or parsed
successfully) by the GeoMoose JavaScript. Is PHP working on your server?
If not you can still have the mapbook.xml file loaded (see
http://www.geomoose.org/moose/howto/getmapbook.html)
