Hmm. Are you using
http://geoint.lmic.state.mn.us/cgi-bin/wmsll?VERSION=1.3.0&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities
which advertises it will serve data in EPSG:26914, 26915, and 4326, or
are you using a different URL?
