[GeoNode-devel] GeoNode Contrib App metadataxsl On By Default

I noticed that the geonode.contrib.metadataxsl was turned on by default in
settings.py.  Was this a typo or intentional?  The previous "standard"
around GeoNode contrib apps was that they would all ship with GeoNode, but
would be turned off by default.

Sorry, I'm not really sure what that contrib app does.  If
`geonode.contrib.metadataxsl` is needed for the normal function of GeoNode
is should be promoted out of a contrib app to a first-level app, right?
