[GeoNode-devel] GeoNode Contrib App metadataxsl On By Default

Hi guys,
that module can be turned off or moved to core, how you prefer.

This is part of the work done on advanced metadata editor. This module
allows you to have a nicer previews of metadata, rendered through an easily
customizable XLS template, like the example below

The logic for the preview recognizing if the module is activated or not
falling back to old one, is still there; therefore we can just disable it
by default.
