[GeoNode-devel] Switching to MapStore in GeoNode

Paolo,
the standard version of MapStore (which we are using for GeoNode) does not
support vector tiles yet.
We are experimenting within the framework of OGC testbeds on the support of
vector tiles and the ability to switch server-side rendering to client-side
rendering (and the other way around) but this experiment has not landed on
master yet.

I think Alessio sent links to these pilots earlier, but still, these are
pilots of what will come in the future.
