[GeoNode-devel] Test cases mandatory for PRs affecting GeoNode core

Dear devs,
due to recent blocker "regressions" introduced after merging some PRs to
GeoNode core, from now on PRs affecting and/or modifying the latter *must *be
either:

1. Linked to an issue well describing the problem/improvement

2. Contain test-cases demonstrating the new changes will work correctly

Other than this, "contrib" apps very old/outdated and/or without a
maintainer, will be removed (after having discussed that on the mailing
list) in order to clean up and lighten the GeoNode code base.
