[GeoNode-devel] Provide help information to users via balloon tips

Dear all,

I noticed that there are sometimes useful hints for users of functions, provided as "mouse-over" ballons/hints, e.g. for the maps "measure" tool it says "Measure length and area" in a grey ballon tip.

How are these ballon tips organized in Geonode, and is it foreseen to provide them for all function/buttons?
