[GeoNode-users] Query function

There are two arrows, one for the query box and one for the entire footer.

For the query on map feature it would be useful but is something that has
been discussed for long time. The gxp client is no longer actively
maintained so unless someone volunteer on that, none of the core devs will
touch it.
