[GeoNode-users] question about deleting some service layers.

Hi all.
 I added a new service, which automatically added more than 300 layers to
my layer list, I only want to keep 10 of them in the list. But keep access
to all when creating a new map (remote server layers).
In the Admin UI these layers are found in 2 places: /admin/layers/layer/
and in /admin/services/servicelayer/

What would be the diference in deleting from each location?
