[GeoNode-users] Migration from 2.0.x to 2.4.x

Hi all,
Can anyone point me to a tutorial how to migrate from an 2.0.x version to 2.4.x in an Ubuntu Server 14.04 production system (all users, data, etc. should be transferred)?
