[GeoNode-users] Can't load layers on Geonode without loggin to Geoserver

Hi,

I have a problem, I have mi geonode site configured to be open, and so
people can access the layers and compose maps without need to be logged in
into Geonode.

My problem is that I cannot load or view any thumbnails of the layers in
Geonode, without first login in into geoserver. After I logged in into
Geoserver, without loggin in into Geonode, I can access all the layers on
Geoserver. See the attached screenshot from how Geonode looks before and
after logging in Geoserver.

The only layer visible in the first scenario, is one that I uploaded
directly using the Geonode upload layer interface, the rest of the layers
(88) where uploaded directly into Geoserver in a local PostGIS database and
then run 'sudo geonode updatelayers' to incorporate them into Geonode.

Is there a way to access the layers without loggin in to Geoserver?

I'm running Geonode 2.8 with Geoserver 2.12
