[GeoNode-users] GeoNode-Project at 2.8 is not retrieving site_base.css

Dear all,

I am running GeoNode_Project at 2.8 installed via docker. I have a
bootstrapping CSS for media icons being retrieved, but site_base.css.

To test if something was wrong with my site_base.css, I deleted all the
lines and I wrote just a single line <.home .jumbotron { background: yellow
} >, but the file still not being retrieved.

Also, the same site_base.css is being retrieved in a GeoNode-Project at 2.8
installed via python virtualenv.

I checked site_base.css available in
https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-project/blob/2.8/project_name/static/css/site_base.css
and I realized that it is empty.

Any help on this issue will be very much appreciated.
