[GeoNode-users] GeoNode Backup Error

I keep getting the follow error message when running sudo geonode backup -backup-dir /opt/backups
Any idea on how to fix it?

1. The backend (DB or whatever) is accessible and you have rights
2. The GeoServer is up and running and reachable from this machine
