[GeoNode-users] Base Administration is Empty

Hi everybody.
I think that I have an issue with Base Administration.
In this url

https://doc-geonode.readthedocs.io/en/latest/004_admin_workshop/001_admin_panel/base.html

All the metadata categorys are complete, but in my Geonode's instalation
they are empty, including the database tables.

Do I made something wrong in the instalation? Do I have to insert all
metadata categorys by myself?

My objectve is use ISO standards in portuguese.

Can anyone help me?

I'm using Geonode versão 2.10.1 In CentOS.
