Hello Deb,
we still need more informations... what error page is shown on the browser?
the netstat -a output is fine for postgres, it says that the daemon
acccepts connection over IPV4 and IPV6
It's a bit strange that is not the same for apache and tomcat7 seems that
they are listening only on IPV6 address... maybe some update has changed
network config system wide? Are you the only administrator of thata server?
We assume that the installation is in dev mode or non docker:
are you able to test geonode and geoserver from the server with addresses
localhost and localhost:8080/geoserver?
If you don't have X forwarding you can try this using a textual browser
like lynx just to test (you'll receive a "javascript error page" for
geoserver)
