[GeoNode-users] GeoNode Themes and Overlays OFF by default

Dears users,

I am making a map with overlays related to meteorology theme. Could someone
point me a GeoNode documentation that shows how to add a theme and make the
overlays related to it  OFF by default as shown in here
<https://worldmap.harvard.edu/boston/>. While adding a layer to a map, it
comes ON by default. How Can I:

1 - add a theme do a map?
2 - add a layer/overlay OFF by default on the map?

Any comment on how to achieve that will be very appreciated.
