[GeoNode-users] Geonode 2.10 - Geoserver 2.13-SNAPSHOT data migration from geonode 2.8 and geoserver 2.12.2

Hello Anthony,
we are planning to write documentation sections trying to describe the
steps to do the upgrades, but until now we hadn't enough resources to do
that.

It may take some time to be finished, sorry about that.
