[GeoNode-users] Enable Geopackage upload

Hi

We've recently set up Geonode and I'm struggling to find out how to enable
Geopackage upload.

It looks as though osgeo-importer is installed and gpkg is in the list of
allowed formats but it still says unsupported file format when I try and
upload one.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
