[GeoNode-users] Map interface freezes before loading the contant

Dear User,
I am facing some difficulties in map creation.

I have a user which has a staff right and when I click on the "*Create Map"*
button, it will open a map interface but it freezes for a minute and then
it loads the content.

I tried to debug in the browser also, it seems it taking too much time for
loading GetCapabilities

Another strange part is if I use superuser then there is no issue with
composing map.

Let me know if I can provide more detail on the issue.
