[GeoNode-users] Geonode url under /geonode path

Hi Teresa,

I didn't modify the urls.py - I did set the docker environment variables
such as SITEURL and GEONODE_LB_HOST to point to the /geonode/ domain.  My
api is available under /geonode/api
