[GeoNode-users] Geonode 2.4 theming

If you installed via "apt-get", you need to change the index.html, located
at: /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/geonode/templates, it should
look like this:

Note that that line is using the translation provided by the .po files, so
you can change it to a plain text if you like to show something else.
