[GeoNode-users] geonode 2.4.1 upload settings

Hi Everybody,

I have Geonode 2.4 running on Ubuntu 14.04 server. I would like to control the upload of layers and docs to geonode, leaving it only for a group of users. Could you guys give-me some help?
