[GeoNode-users] geofence duplicate key exception

Hello,
I have setup geonode 3.1 core on ubuntu
<https://docs.geonode.org/en/master/install/advanced/core/index.html#ubuntu-20-04lts>
and when uploading data, the layers are not visible/browseable on the front
end (/layers) while they exist in geoserver/database. Geoserver logs
<https://gist.github.com/oware/b3c960fbd554f69323ee7b701b3e08be> show a
persistent duplicate rule error. Reinstalling geoserver does not remove the
error.
