[GeoNode-users] Geonode paver setup not setting geonode correctly

[irland fardani]

i am installing geonode in rhel 8, when i came across the instruction of
paver setup.

It is not running properly. The error message given as shown below.

what should i do?
is there any clue to solve this problem?
