[GeoNode-users] decrease (map query) panel size

Try taking a look at the _geonode_config.html template here

https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-mapstore-client/blob/master/geonode_mapstore_client/templates/geonode-mapstore-client/_geonode_config.html

and check if there's a property allowing you to fix the panel size. It
should be related to the view that you want to tweak.
