[geos-devel] headers layout

Having taken a deeper tour in header files I think we
should require client applications include 'geos.h', since
headers distribution is *very* mangled..

utils.h, for example contains most exceptions + GeometryShapeFactory.
a subclass of GEOSException is in geosAlgorhitms.h ...

I think we should make some order in header files, so keeping
geos.h as the entry level for client application seems to
me a good start. What do you think ?
