[geos-devel] proposing debian support diff

Alex, I've added the files you provided to GEOS CVS
but I cannot handle to build a .deb neither on debign 3.0
nor on testing/unstable.
Can you provide instructions in a README and/or a Makefile
codifing the process of building it ?
