[geos-devel] [GEOS] #588: valid polygon when cw, not valid when ccw

rev 652 was a fix for a robustness issue, but the major one that 
improves general topology robustness was 626.

Note that this references other code that was commited in other 
revisions - you'll have to follow it through to get everything. There 
aren't too many classes involved, however.  The major work will be 
porting the DD code.
