[geos-devel] GEOS 3.7.0rc1 release

Not related to the maybe-clang/GeometryFactory test failure, I tried to
build on NetBSD/8 evbearmv7hf-el (RPI3, running 32 bit), and got

I believe this has normal IEEE754 floating point.

So I'm curious if anyone has run this on arm, and specifically armv7.
