Grass 4.0/4.1 interactive programmer's manual

Good job Marek!  This is a great step in the right direction!! Now, if
we could just make the info accessible like regular man pages, along
with the other GRASS manual pages:
  g.man G_clear_screen
  g.man d.vect
(btw, does anyone else think that "g.manual" a little long for a 
command name? :-)
