DEADLINE for code fixes

This is to remind people that the deadline for submitting fixes to
contributed or related code (for inclusion in the final GRASS4.1 release) is

		MARCH 31, 1993.

If you are an author of contributed software (or if you have a proposed fix
for any GRASS programs), you must communicate that fact (along with the
new code) to Olga Waupotitsch of OGI at olga at amber.cecer.army.mil or
217-352-6511x526 before that date.
