[GRASS5] grass5b10 on RedHat 7.0

[David Delorme]

I'm having problems compiling grass5 the script can't create the
/usr/local/grass5 dir. when i create the dir. the compile goes fine but
can't get gislock file when i try to run grass5...
need help.
