[GRASS5] C reference recommendations

  I realized today that my basic C references date from the mid- to
late-1980s. It is time to update. I notice that Harbison and Steele is now
up to the 4th edition, so that's one I'll upgrade. The others I've used
forever include the original K&R (not used recently), Lafore's Turbo C and
Schildt's C: The Complete Reference.

  How about some recommendations for more current books?
