Comment: g.version: the "cat" approach was not very portable.

I have changed Gmakefile: -z -> $(ZLIB), reordered MATHLIB XDRLIB,
removed double MATHLIB entry.
compiles on Linux.

I have fixed the Gmakefile.
compiles on Linux *now*
