[GRASS5] rough graphical login added

Hi developers,

I have added a rough graphical GRASS login into
src/tcltkgrass/main/unused/
If you run gmake5 there, you get a
/usr/local/bin/tcltkgrass

to start up GRASS with location selection window.
Better than nothing... Only a button to create locations
is missing (even if it would call the text mode to
create locations).

Feel free to improve it, but note that Justin Hickey
is already writing a *real* graphical login with session
manager for 5.1devel.
