[GRASS5] NULLs+GRASS5

Regarding NULLs.  I haven't seen any problems with raster that have
NULLs.  The conception is fairly straight forward.  However, I think
there may be many modules still that use deprecated functions.  I'd
guess most of the problems would be in the module's use of old library
functions (and/or having out of date help files).  Course, I wouldn't
bank the house on it ;-0
