[GRASS5] Simplified sites read for several modules

Hi all,

I have updated s.kcv, s.normal, s.probplt, s.sv, s.univar
to use G_readsites() to read sites instead of having individual
readsites.c files with identical functionality.

To test please update:
include/readsites.h 
libes/gis/readsites.c

sites/
 s.kcv, s.normal, s.probplt, s.sv, s.univar

The other sites modules still have to be updated (volunteers).
Finally all sites modules shall use the API to read in sites
(probably using Eric Miller's G_readsites_xyz() instead of
G_readsites()). Then it will be easier in future to switch over
to a new sites management.

The list can be found in TODO (check for G_readsites_xyz)

I have tested the changes successfully with 2D/3D multiple att sites
files.
