[GRASS5] Some changes...

Dear developers,

things will be changing (a bit) for the future: I will be leaving 
the University of Hannover and change to an Italian institution -
more details later.

The move of my flat will keep me busy for several days, so
please keep patient with me for slow responses (I have no office
at time).

The GRASS web site will be migrated to Italy as soon as
possible, I expect the URL change in early August. This leads
to a migration of the mailing lists as well, but I don't 
expect too much troubles (due to the friendly "mailman").
The Hannover site will become a mirror site, the other mirrors
shall either copy from Hannover or from the new Italian site later.

The CVS is not affected as it is run by Intevation GmbH.

My new employer wants me to keep busy with GRASS, so expect me
to continuously bothering you in future :-)

I'll try to follow the list regularly, at least until 20th July.
