[GRASS5] r.proj doesn't seem to be working properly

  As a follow up to my message:

  When I exit GRASS, re-start it and specify temp/PERMANENT as the location
and mapset, I can list and display the map. So, d.rast recognizes the
PERMANENT mapset, but r.proj appears not to.
