[GRASS5] r.neighbors

Hello,

I have applied a couple changes to r.neighbors. I have updated the
median option which was not working. It seems to be working now, but
could use some testing.

I have also added a flag "-n" to reset zeros in the output raster to
null. The default currently outputs all nan data to zero.
