[GRASS5] Tcltkgrass - r.in.bin interface needs updating

Hi all.

Using the 26 February snapshot I noticed two problems in the interface to
r.in.bin.

1. There is no way of setting the -b (byte swapping) and -h (header)
switches.  The -b switch is essential on Intel platforms to importing
GTOPO30 DEMs.

2. The title field passes titles with spaces through to r.in.bin so that,
for example, "Eastern Australia" causes r.in.bin to complain about
"Australia" not being a valid command line switch.

As these are probably symptomatic of more widespread issues I am leaving
them to the maintainer of Tclktkgrass.
