please let me remind you of the 

 GRASS Developers Workshop
 23. - 26. November 2001

I know that this is very close, but due to financial reasons
(budgeting) we have to organize it within this year.
If we are less that 10 participant, we'll have to skip the
proposed meeting (hopefully another try next year, less short-dated).
