[GRASS5] configuration/build failure on solaris 8, curses and get/putwc

I had the same problem with curses. I fixed it by ignoring warnings.
Set the following before running configure:
setenv CPPFLAGS -w
Also, make sure that GNU make and tar are found first:
setenv PATH /usr/local/bin:$PATH
