Subject: need g.bug like bashbug, reportbug [debian] etc.

Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: GRASS 5.0.0pre1 (May 2001) 

There should be a alternative way to report bugs than this Form.
It should ask a few questions and call $EDITOR, like debian's reportbug.
[just discovered bug.report.sh ... not good enough]
By the way, this form doesn't seem interested in one's name.
