[GRASS5] GRASS development credits

Wanted to highlight the kind words for all developers to see.

The main three guys earning the credit in my point of view are

	Radim	for his 5.1 vector efforts
	Glynn	sorting out the difficult C problems
	Markus	still the sole main force behind the webpages

I've also noticed Eric and Roger (Bivand) being quite active 
answering questions lately.
