As far as I can see the two lists (datum.table / pj_datums.c and
ellipse.table / pj_ellps.c) *are* in sync, apart from the missing
underscores problem I mentioned previously. I didn't check all the numbers
meticulously but a random sample all corresponded between the two files.
The names in the GRASS version of the proj library are different from in the
standalone proj, and appear to have been changed to match GRASS's own names.
I just presumed a decision had already been made about this.
