[GRASS5] release announcement for grass 5.0.3

This is the stable release GRASS. V5.0.3 is a bugfix release.

"PowerPC" isn't a platform, you can get several unix like operating
system for PowerPCs.  :)

I'm not sure actually if somebody really supports a CRAY port.
